Shipping Policy

We ship all our items from Dubuque, Iowa. 

All U.S. orders will ship FREE! Orders over $250 to Canada will ship FREE!


Our current processing time is 3-5 days. Please note that items placed during our summer warehouse sale may take up to 14 business days to ship. These are estimates only. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the postal system as well as any lost, stolen or damaged packages.   Customers are responsible for having a secure mailbox at the address entered at checkout. 


Refused, insufficient address, or undeliverable packages will be refunded minus all shipping charges and $8 undeliverable fee, which will be deducted from your original payment. A reshipping fee of $8 will be assessed to re-ship your order to you.


International Shipping:


We are currently shipping to several countries, not including the EU. International orders are shipped via USPS and will be forwarded to your country's post office. Certain countries will not provide tracking after it has left the US. Please contact your post office for further information.  International packages take 3-6 weeks to arrive on average. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Dreamiere is not responsible for delays due to customs.


Address Changes:

We do our best to accommodate address changes after an order is placed. You can contact us with address change requests at support@dreamiere.com.  We are unable to guarantee address change requests.  If your order has already started the shipment process within our facility, address changes cannot be honored.  Orders placed with Priority Mail Express or Priority Mail are not allowed address changes, as these are prepared for shipment quickly in our facility. 

Cancellations:

We are unable to honor cancellation requests after your order is placed.

Return Policy On Full Price Items:


We hope that you and your little one love everything you order! But in the case that you are not satisfied, your order may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receiving your product. The item must be in brand new condition, unwashed and unworn with original tags and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  If the returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will be discarded or customers can purchase shipping to have the item returned to them.  Please contact us at support@dreamiere.com to retrieve a return form.

In the case that a damaged item slips through our hands, please email us a photo and a description within 14 days of receiving your product. Items that have been worn or washed are not able to be returned. 

Orders Bought Using A Discount Code:

Items purchased on Sale are considered FINAL SALE, thus they are not eligible for return or exchange. All purchases made using Dreamiere Cash are FINAL SALE.  Items purchased using a non-holiday/Dreamiere Cash promo code are eligible for return in the form of Store Credit ONLY (no refunds) within 14 days of receiving your product. Loveys and teething rings are FINAL SALE for the sanitary safety of all babies and children. 

You will have up to 14 days after items have been received by you to return eligible items for store credit.  Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  If the returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will be discarded or customers can purchase shipping to have the item returned to them.  Please contact us at support@dreamiere.com to retrieve a return form.  

Our promotions are valid for specified days only. We are unable to adjust orders or apply promo codes after an order has been placed.
